45 ml Vecchia Grappa di Prosecco - Genesi Collection
25 ml red bitters
5 ml cocoa bitters
30 ml red vermouth
5/6 mint leaves
Put all of the ingredients in a mixing glass and stir carefully, until they are nicely chilled, slightly diluted and evenly distributed. Next, pour the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer directly into a cognac glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
