60 ml Golden Rive Gin
30 ml fresh lemon juice
25 ml sugar
Soda
Put the gin, fresh lemon juice and sugar into a shaker with a little ice. Shake vigorously and then use a strainer to pour the contents into a tall tumbler that already has ice inside. Top up the glass with soda and garnish with a slice of orange.
