50 ml Da Ponte Virentis Amaro
Slices of cucumber, apple, orange, lemon and red berries
Top with ginger ale
Fill a highball glass with plenty of ice. Add the Virentis Amaro and the slices of fresh fruit. Top with ginger ale and stir gently to blend the flavours. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a few red berries for a decorative touch.
