Grappa Mojito is Da Ponte’s version of the quintessential summer cocktail. The floral notes of Uve Bianche Fior d’Arancio spirit, the delicious citrus notes of lemon and a delicate mint aroma come together in a truly unique and delightfully vibrant drink.

Ingrediants

40 ml of Uve Bianche Fior d’Arancio
25 ml of lemon juice
3 teaspoons of white cane sugar
6 to 8 mint leaves
Indian tonic water
Ice cubes

Preparation

Chill the glass. Mix 25 ml of lemon juice with 3 teaspoons of white cane sugar. Crush some mint leaves gently in the palm of your hand and add them, along with some ice and 40 ml of Uve Bianche Fior D’Arancio. Stir, add more ice and then top off the cocktail with Indian tonic water and more ice. Garnish with mint leaves and a slice of lime. Summer is served!
